Friday night, I arrived to Ponce, Puerto Rico, an hour later I was in my hometown, Coamo Puerto Rico. My brother, Emanuel, picked me up from the airport. I really missed being home, being around my family. My mom was very happy to see, as always.

Saturday morning, I was awaken by the most beautiful girl I have seen, my niece Estephanie. I wont forget the first look she gave me when she saw me. It was a look of confusion, of “who is this tall dark man?”, but also a look, like she knew me. It took a while for her to accept me. Abuela Nilsa facilitated that, my mom did one of the sweetest things I have seen, my mom kissed Estephanie in the cheek and in the hand, and told her “besito besito” (little kisses little kisses), I gave her a kiss on her cheek and on her hand, and Estephanie gave me a big smile. That moment made my whole day much better. I have taken so many pictures and videos of her, that I haven’t got tired. I really want to be “Super Tio” to her. I want to be the uncle that took her to Disney, which I already started to save for that day.

I learned that cute baby girls are “chick magnets”. I went to the mall, and I was pushing the stroller, and without lying, 8 out of 10 girls, looked at me, which is something that does not happen when I am alone. I’m gonna bring her with me where the hottest girls hang out, ha ha.

During the 2 days, I have seen so many high school friends, and they all remember me. most of them have kids and families. i also saw one of my best friends in high school, Gaby, a guy that I haven’t seen in over 6 years, it was good seeing him, I’m looking forward meeting with him again, hopefully for my birthday.

Saturday night, i went to a local festivity, it was crowded and nice until someone pulled out a gun and shot 6-8 shots, everyone in the crowd ran. it was a scary scene, everyone running, in panic, cops pulling their guns out, looking for the person that have made the shots. today i learn, there was one dead, and 2 injured. it is my first time in that type of scenario, i wanted to stay and film more, but with the people i was with, they all started running.

Sunday, was the half-marathon San Blas. The streets were crowded, it was hot, it started raining, and not a lot of athletes participated, as I remember 10 years ago.

Well, this is my first weekend at home. I will be taking more pictures and writing more as the week goes and I get out and do things.

Oh yeah, I went underwater with my brother and Estephanie.

For the people that do not know, we started a club at Agencynet called “The Grizzly Bear Club“. Is for anyone that wants to join. Right now the members are: “Papa Grizzly Bear” Bryant, Marcelo, Agustin, David Brown and Me. We are letting our manly man beards grow to the full potential until November, when one of the papa bears is getting married. We either look like lumberjacks or terrorists, so I should start getting my red checkered shirt and ax.

After of over a year or even 2, I took my car to a car wash. It looks freaking new. I haven’t seen my rims so bright, since back when I bought my car. i was really happy in how my car looks. But today it freaking rained.

I bought two things this weekend, a new pair of glasses and a digital camera! I will post pictures of my new glasses when I get them and my new camera. The camera I got is the Canon Powershot SD1000. A compact camera, slick design, and of course, I got the black one. Looking forward to taking a lot of pictures and having them on freaking Flickr. I should be getting it later this week. For the glasses, I will keep it as a surprise, the only thing I say, I went for a nerdier look.

I haven’t bought any new Wii games, but I bought 2 new games for the Virtual Console, Punch Out for NES and Contra 3 for SNES.

Last Friday, I did some improv comedy poetry. It was really funny, and I may not be able to do the same routine.

So, it’s been a while since a full post. A lot of changes in my life had happened since.

I returned to Agencynet after 10 months of absence. I first quit from Agencynet back in May, trying to seek the greener grass. I gave it a good chance, but after a lot of thinking, I missed doing the type of work that I do at Agencynet. I made a lot of small sacrifices to come back, but I know that in the end, it will be worth it. I really feel like home working at Agencynet, all the people working at the office are really cool people to have as co-workers.
